1 Install OBS (>= 30.0.0)

2 Install obs-ndi plugin
MacOS:
Download obs-ndi-4.13.2-macos-universal.pkg
Run obs-ndi-4.13.2-macos-universal.pkg If MacOS complains about the file, either:
Allow it in System Settings->Privacy & Security -or-
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine obs-ndi-4.13.1-macos-universal.pkg
Windows:
Run obs-ndi-4.13.2-windows-x64-Installer.exe
3 Download & Install The NDI 5 Runtime
Windows: http://ndi.link/NDIRedistV5
4 Start AnyCamera app
click bottom right "Config" button, select "Output Mode" to NDI|HX,
You can also click the "Edit" button to input customize NDI stream name.
Then click the bottom "Camera" button to start streaming.
5 Add NDI Source in OBS Studio
6 Select AnyCamera source to load
According to our tests, the NDI Source parameters will achieve the best results using the following settings:
Audio / Video Sync: Source Timing
Latency Mode: Lowest(unbuffered)
